    • Built an LLM contract reader for 73 fields that replaced a vendor: accuracy up from 85% to 95%+, reading time down from over a minute to about 9 seconds, cost down from about $6 to $0.04 a contract.
    • Moved 500+ users from NextAuth to Clerk with zero forced password resets.
    • One of two engineers, owning the full stack. Mentoring a junior engineer and four students.
